Take the shift yourself.
Below is the operator console, replaying one distribution centre from 06:00 to 15:00 at sixty times real speed. Stop it, drag it, change what happens next. It is not a video and there is nothing to book first.
Built for the person running the floor.
One screen, for the person who has to make the call.
- 01
Stop the clock at 06:30
The floor is fine. The console has already called nine of the twenty-two sale SKUs to outrun their cover, and named the station that runs dry at 08:59 — two and a half hours out.
- 02
Approve a decision
Every panel switches to that decision’s simulated day: the twin, the KPIs, the log. The baseline toggle puts the untouched morning back, so the two can be read against each other.
- 03
Then approve the other one
The pre-positioning move is the one the engine does not recommend, and approving it says so: a station still runs dry, the peak is still missed. A product that cannot report its own failure is not reporting anything.
Built for the person who owns the network.
One altitude up: which sites are exposed, what it costs if it lands, and whether anyone is already on it.
Same day, same clock, same numbers — read at a different altitude. Approve a decision in the console above and this one says an intervention is underway, because it is the same fork rather than a second screen describing it. The site count says one because the replay is one distribution centre: a real portfolio ranks every site, and inventing three more to fill the row would have made this look more like the pitch and less like the product.
The next question is what your own event log already contains.
